For each show the platform supports the ability to define a broadcast schedule for all upcoming episodes, before they arrive via the VPPO Sync.
The following information can be supplied per episode:
- Season number
- Episode number
- Broadcast date and time
- If the episode is a finale or premiere
Having this information within the platform allows for automatic generation of various pieces of copy, changes to user experience based on the show's lifecycle and can feed into scheduling actions based on future show and episode availability.
